Chocolate Chip Cookie – Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 gram cane sugar
  • 170 gram brown sugar
  • 160 gram soft butter
  • 230 gram wheat flour
  • 2  teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gram dark chocolate

Method

  • Stir Brown sugar, cane sugar, butter and eggs together, a mixer can be used.
  • Add wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt.
  • Chop the chocolate into both fine and coarse pieces of your choice.
  • When everything is well stirred, stir in the chocolate.
  • Make small balls of the dough until there are 30 round balls.
  • Spread them on 2 baking sheets with good intervals as they will flow out and become larger.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees – Hot air for 15 minutes.
  • Allow them to cool slightly on the baking sheet before moving them.
