Ingredients
- 120 gram cane sugar
- 170 gram brown sugar
- 160 gram soft butter
- 230 gram wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 100 gram dark chocolate
Method
- Stir Brown sugar, cane sugar, butter and eggs together, a mixer can be used.
- Add wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt.
- Chop the chocolate into both fine and coarse pieces of your choice.
- When everything is well stirred, stir in the chocolate.
- Make small balls of the dough until there are 30 round balls.
- Spread them on 2 baking sheets with good intervals as they will flow out and become larger.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees – Hot air for 15 minutes.
- Allow them to cool slightly on the baking sheet before moving them.
